The very first Yoga and Mental Health Awareness Week is taking place from
February 19 - 25, 2017, the perfect time to participate in our yogathon,
host an event or hold karma classes to show your support for mental health.

Join us on
February 25, 2017 in Toronto and Oakville for a variety of yoga classes
while raising funds to provide programs and services
 for people living with mental illness.

How You Can Participate and Be A Part of the Movement:

  • Build a team with friends and family or register individually to participate in the Peace of Minds Yogathon on Saturday February 25 in Toronto and Oakville.

  • Participate at a studio offering Karma classes benefiting mental health programs.  

  • Coordinate your own yoga event. Invite friends, family or co-workers to do yoga in your home, at a park or community space. 

  • Start FUNDRAISING! Get your team energized and work to raise as much as you can in order to support families and individuals living with mental illness. Get some fundraising tips here.
