Join us in Hamilton at St. Thomas More Secondary School, 1045 Upper Paradise Rd.

The 13th annual Peace of Minds Yoga raises funds for vital programs, services and social innovation at the Schizophrenia Society of Ontario (SSO). With your help, SSO is making a positive difference in the lives of people living with schizophrenia. Whether you’re an expert or beginner, whether you join as a team or individually – this event has something for everyone. Rally around mental health by joining us on February 10.

11:50 am Lunch, Lived Experience Speaker Katie McClelland - owner and yoga teacher at De La Sol Yoga. She will share her story of overcoming low self-esteem, depression and anxiety and hitting rock bottom as a drug addict.  

1:00 pm       Annie Ridos - Hatha Yoga

2:00 pm      Trish Dingman - Gentle Hatha and Inquiry "A Journey Through the Chakras"


3:00 pm     Andrea Soos - iRest Yoga Nidra meditation practice *please bring a blanket*
